  They claimed specifically that they wanted to discuss my “reverse mortgage statement” as if I already had one. This has been at least the 3rd or 4th call using the name Bill Preston. I asked to be taken off their list the first time and they apologized and said they would. I called back the 4th time and the spokeswoman said they must have made a mistake, stated she wasn’t the one who personally called me but wanted to discuss a reverse mortgage like the pushy sales person that she was. I pressed her on why they think I have an existing RM? She refused to address it then claimed it must be an error and not a sales tactic. I continued to ask her why they claimed I had a RM, she got frustrated and hung up.
