The service

ScamCallCheck lets people look up phone numbers and share reports about calls and texts they received. By using the site you accept these terms.

Community reports are opinions, not verified facts

Reports are submitted by members of the public and describe their individual experience of a call or text. They are the opinion of their submitter. We do not verify reports, and a number's presence on this site is not an assertion by us that its owner has done anything unlawful. Risk indicators summarize report and complaint volume — they are informational signals, not accusations.

Submission rules

When you submit a report you agree to:

• describe only your own genuine experience of the call or text;
• include no personal information about any individual — no names, addresses, emails, or other identifying details;
• submit nothing unlawful, defamatory, or harassing;
• not manipulate ratings of any number, positively or negatively.

You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, moderate, edit for privacy, and redistribute it as part of the service. We may remove any report at our discretion. Automated filters strip personal identifiers, and submissions are rate-limited.

Disputes and removal

If content about your number is inaccurate or unfair, use the review and removal process. We acknowledge every request within 72 hours and remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data may be incomplete or wrong; do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: nothing).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
