  I let it go to voicemail, but the call came from a [number removed] local area code #, and the message stated "Hi, this is Brittany calling with an important message regarding *the electric bill* (<-- that was my hint this was spam, "the" is so general to avoid excluding all electric companies). Please give me a call back at your earliest convenience, *with a copy of the bill available* (if she was calling from MY electric company, she should have my bill info already). My phone number is [number removed]. I am available Mon - Fri 10am to 5pm. Again that number is [number removed], thank you." This "company" is probably trying to get you to switch to a different electric provider by claiming you're paying too much and it's urgent to switch now! I didn't call the number back though, so not positive.
