  Apparently this number was offered for a PayPal transaction that I did not authorize. There is no such transaction in my PayPal account, but I received a transaction report in my email. When I called the offered number ([number removed]), someone just answered and hung up, then started communicating via SMS. When I reported the unauthorized transaction, they did not call me back. I suspect it is a scam.
